Fully Automatic Stoker Boiler With Hopper

The HS-Tarm Multi-Heat boiler is a great choice for sustainable energy heating of homes, light industrial, commercial and institutional buildings. Fuel sources are wood pellets, grain or corn.
The Multi-Heat boiler operates similarly to the Solo Plus and Excel models with wood gasification. The Multi-Heat boiler achieves high combustion efficiency and high heat transfer efficiency resulting in high over-all efficiencies not found in most wood boilers.

• Burns wood pellets, grain and corn which are economical, environmentally friendly and domestic fuel sources.
• Multi-Heat Boilers can be very easily incorporated into existing heating systems.
• Constant heating gives optimum building comfort, with combustion efficiency up to 91%.
• Fully automatic heat output regulation with "high", "low", and "standby" outputs to match building heat loads.
• No heat storage buffer required.
• Automatic shut-off to prevent hopper burn back.
• Delivered fully assembled.
• Wood Pellet, Grain and Corn Heating System with Variable Heat Output from 30 To 100%

Operating A HS-Tarm Multi-Heat Stoker Boiler

1. Starting the boiler: Feed wood pellet fuel into the combustion chamber using the auger feed button (approx 5-6 handfuls). If you are using corn, add a few handfuls of wood pellets to the corn for easier igniting of the corn. Ignite the fuel using a fuel starter such as woodchips impregnated with wax.

2. When the fuel is well ignited (about 5 minutes). You are now ready to turn on the boiler.

3. Operation: Now let the Multi-Heat's controls do the rest. The boiler will operate between High, Low, and Standby mode to maintain the boiler's set-point.

4. Fuel Supply: Access is easy to the large hopper in the rear of the boiler. Pellets need to be added every few days. Larger storage and feed systems are available.

5. Ash and clinker (corn) removal when needed.
